  Facilities and Location

The guest houses offer a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation and personal service to all guests.

Facilities : All rooms have colour TV, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, shaver points. Eight of the rooms are en-suite. Most rooms are very spacious and some have sea views (see photo below). All prices include freshly cooked full English breakfast. You will be provided with a key for your room and also a key for the front door, so that you can come and go as you please. Children are welcome. Plenty of good quality, reasonably priced pub meals on offer within two to three minutes walk.

"The guest house is a Victorian terraced property, situated in the ditrict of Roker, close to Sunderland. The property is a short distance from the seafront, close to all local amenities.

The property has a good selection of tourist information presented.

The bedrooms overall are a comfortable size with ample room for the number occupied. The rooms have a very good information folder.

Bathrooms are well equipped and all other areas are generally maintained to a good standard.

The housekeeping overall was to a good quality level.

High levels of cleanliness are achieved.

Breakfast is to a good quality, freshly prepared and well presented.
